1. Urdhva Mukha Svanasana

Just lie down facing the floor and gradually lift your head and chest upwards with your palms on the ground. Try to rise your pelvis with the stretch and face upwards.

2. Stretch it

Lie on the floor, lengthen your legs and stretch your arms upwards. Stretch unless you feel a kind of suction in your belly. This exercise makes you feel quite calm, lowering the anxiety.

3. Baddha Konasana

Sit in this position while bending your knees sideways, keeping the back straight, hold your feet and relax your pelvis. Now, just close your eyes and breathe.

Lie the comfortable side with one folded blanket between your legs and one beneath your head and relax.

5. Lion Pose

Open your jaw wide and take your tongue out as much as possible while exhaling. Let the tension dissolve.

6. Meditate

Just sit in open space with crossed legs and straight back, and breathe slowly. Close your eyes. Focus on the breaths you inhale and exhale and try to send away the thoughts that have been bugging you one by one, emptying your brain.
