Bodyweight exercises are particularly those exercises that help you develop better balance, strength and flexibility without any help of machinery or any kind of equipments. Here are a few exercises that you can try. All you need is some empty floor.
1. Knee Tuck Jump
Stand with bent knees and jump as high as possible bringing your knees as close as possible to your chest, and repeat as soon you touch the floor.
2. Spiderman Push-ups
This video can teach you the right way to do them. I know it’s hard but don’t give up. Keep trying.
3. Reverse Crunch
Make sure you don’t hurt your neck when you do it.
It’s a bit hard for beginners but hard-work really pays off. Make sure you don’t hurt yourself. Don’t bend your knees and keep your back flat.
5. Prisoner Squat
Put your hands behind your head, and do the squat by bending your knees and going downwards with your hips and rise up and repeat.
Stand firm, now without bending your knees, lift your ankles, hold for a while and come back and repeat.

9. Wall Sit
Slide down against the wall until your knees are exactly above your ankles and then stay for 60 seconds, and repeat.
10. Handstand holds
Do not try if you really can’t do it. Do not hurt yourself. If you can, just watch your hold.
