10 Bodyweight Exercises That You Can Practise Anywhere


Bodyweight exercises are particularly those exercises that help you develop better balance, strength and flexibility without any help of machinery or any kind of equipments. Here are a few exercises that you can try. All you need is some empty floor.

1. Knee Tuck Jump

Stand with bent knees and jump as high as possible bringing your knees as close as possible to your chest, and repeat as soon you touch the floor.
