How does it work?
Simply place an order using our App/Website: Upload a valid prescription incase of prescribed medicines or choose your OTC (Over The Counter – non prescribed) medicines from our search functionality. Choose your suitable time of delivery and post your confirmation with our Customer care team, our pharmacy partners will deliver you the order right at your doorstep.
In which cities do you deliver the medicines?
We currently deliver medicines in Bangalore and Delhi/NCR. But we will soon be expanding our service in all the other major cities. Stay tuned.
How do I pay?
Payment for medicines can only be done through Cash on Delivery (COD) to the delivery personnel.
How much discount do I get?
We offer upto 20% overall discount on the medicines. This will be a combination of two components. One our flat discount, which will be placed on your invoice as per the table below:

The second component - upto 10% - will be credited to your ‘Care Wallet’ as ‘CareCredits’ within 24 hours of order delivery confirmation. You can use these credits for our varied personalized services designed specifically for you.

What are the delivery charges?
It is totally free if your order amount is greater than or equal to Rs. 50. For an amount below Rs.50, additional delivery charge of Rs. 20 will be charged in the bill amount.
How much time do you take to deliver?
We continuously strive to provide the fastest online medicine delivery service. Once you place an order with us we will deliver your medicines within 3 hours. However you still have the option to choose your custom slot and we will deliver during your preferred time. Off course there may be times when a particular medicine you choose is not available with our partners at that exact time. In such cases, our customer specialist team will notify you of any such delays involved. However, any orders placed post 6pm will be delivered next day between 9am – 12 noon.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I place it?
Once you place an order on our App/ Website, our Pharmacy Expert team will verify each medicine individually. Post that you will receive a call from our Customer Specialist Team to confirm the medicine details including number of pieces/ volume of order before placing the final order with our pharmacy partners. We do this to ensure that we deliver the right medicines without any mistakes.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. For cancellations; please call us at 080-41100806.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order. We make sure that none of our partner pharmacies deliver you expired products, however, please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay our delivery personnel.
How do I know the medicines delivered are authentic?
The product is being supplied directly by the licensed pharmacy partners associated with the Company and the Pharmacy concerned shall be legally liable and solely responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered.
