And that`s it, our pharmacy partners will deliver your order right at your doorstep.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I place it?
Once you place an order, our pharmacy expert will verify and confirm its availability. In case, some of the medicines you ordered are not available, we will reach out to you right away.
How much time do you take to deliver?
We deliver your medicines flat within 6 hours of placing the order subject to its availability. Orders placed placed post 4pm will be delivered next day.
What if my medicines are not listed in your catalogue?
We have a very exhaustive database and we surely strive hard to update it on regular basis. Still you will be able to order specific medicines through our search option

CareOnGo ensures that our partner pharmacies are the most reputed ones offering all genuine and authentic medicines. However, in all cases the pharmacy which has dispensed the medicine will be held legally liable and solely responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered. How do I pay?

How do I re-schedule in case I cant take the call at the scheduled time?
You can re-schedule the call upto two hours before the scheduled time with your diet expert. Please call us at 8999-80-80-80 to place a change request.
Can I cancel the order and apply for refunds?
You can re-schedule the call as per the availability of slots. However, cancellation request cannot be placed for this particular service.

What is "Care Wallet"?
As you sign up you get access to your personal Care Wallet where you get cash backs and referral bonus. These can be availed while your order for medicines / other products through our App.
Can I withdraw credits from the Care Wallet?
Care Wallet can be used to make payments for services across the Mobile App and Website including placing orders for medicines / other products, dietitian sessions, etc. However, these cannot be withdrawn/ redeemed in any other way apart from making payments for the services listed.

Never forget to take medicines on time through the Reminders functionality. Search for your medicines and add reminders for the dosage. Leave the rest to us, we will buzz you to take your medicines at the right time.
